PDF Labels, Connotes or Manifests Not Displaying

If you are having difficulty printing or re-printing PDF labels, connotes or manifests it's best to check your pop-up blocker isn't stopping this. To do so, please follow the below:

1. Click on your username and then "Help & Support"

2. Click on "Test Pop Up Window Settings" 

3. If your pop-up blocker is configured correctly then you should get a window simular to the below pop up.

If you do not see the above window then your pop-up blocker is configured incorrectly. To fix this, please refer to our KB article on Allowing OpenFreight Pop-ups in Your Browser. Once configured correctly you will be able to successfully bring up PDF labels, connotes and manifests.
