On occasions you may receive reports from customers receiving a page unresponsive error message within Open freight.  

Before requesting the customer to clear their browser cache it is advisable to have them perform a force reload of their browser.

Please follow the below steps:

1)

Click here to re-open OpenFreight if browser has already been closed.


2)

To perform a force reload of OpenFreight , chose your option below (example Ctrl+F5 ) and webpage should reload, this normally takes between 5-10 seconds.

Chrome, Firefox, or Edge for Windows: Press Ctrl+F5 (If that doesn't work, try Shift+F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R).

Chrome or Firefox for Mac: Press Shift+Command+R.

Safari for Mac: Command (⌘) + Option (⌥) + R on your keyboard.

Check if your issue is resolved. if still occurring then precede to clearing the browser cache KA. Clearing Your Browser Cache
