Step 1: Click on forget password, to reset your current password
Step 2 : Have incognito mode or Private browsing mode turned on, in either mozilla or chrome by right clicking the chrome or firefox image
Step 3: When your in incognito mode or private mode you will know via the icon on the right side of the chrome browser or mozilla browser
Step 4: Enter your email and password
Step 5: If you're able to log in via the private browser follow the steps on this link https://help.openfreight.com.au/help/clearing-your-browser-cache
Follow through the steps and you should be fine.
