Openfreight Printing – always defaults to PDF when a printer is configured

  • Settings, teams’ settings. Check if set to PDF. If not continue to next
  • Check Profile setting tab.

 

If Profile printing is showing as enabled then this could be set to PDF, if profile printing is enabled and customer is using QZ Tray.  Contact [email protected] and ask for it to be disabled.

 

Profile printing is for customers who use cloud printing, should not be used for thermal.
